Discount on Repeat Inspections
Repeat homeowner’s maintenance inspections are discounted 20% off your initial home inspection price. While annual inspections are ideal, having an inspection every 3-4 years is also a cost-effective way to keep on top of things. Some materials exposed to sunlight, such as caulking, tend to last about that length of time.
11th-Month New Build Inspections
Brand-new homes often come with a 12-month builder’s warranty. Many of my new-build clients have me reinspect the home before their warranty expires. This inspection is discounted 20% of the original inspection cost. A good time to have this inspection is somewhere within the 11th month of ownership. This timeframe permits enough time to schedule the inspection and have all repairs performed to your satisfaction.
