Why Recommend Integra?
I combine the professionalism of a career engineer with the practicality of hands-on construction experience. Reliable, thorough, trustworthy, and practical…these all describe me. Read on why adding Integra to your preferred inspector list is a win for you.
Great Reports, the Same Day
My reports are thorough but have a short and simple summary that lists the major defects most likely to go in the repair request. Create repair lists quickly and easily using the report’s built-in Repair Request Builder or observation cut-and-paste tools. Loaded with color photos and videos, my reports offer clear descriptions of defects, why they matter, and what to do about them.
Reports are available the same day as the inspection.
Easy-to-Reach
I am available to you 6:00 am – 11:00 pm all week, except for Sunday mornings. Call, text, or email… I’m easy to reach for a fast response.
Credentials
I hold a bachelor’s of science from UT Austin in electrical engineering and grew up in a construction family. I am a HAAR member with Sentrilock access, have ASHI background verification, and am an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector and an ASHI Certified Inspector. I am licensed in both Alabama and Tennessee and am fully insured.
A Trusted, Proven Performer
I have a solid five-star rating on Google, Yelp, BBB, Angi, and others.
Client-Focused
I explain findings in a clear, calm manner that avoids fear-driven decisions. There is a difference between being thorough and nit-picky, and I report by putting myself in my client’s, and their agent’s, shoes. I continuously ask myself what information best serves the end-goals of the inspection. Empathy and common-sense inform every one of my inspections.
Negligent Referral Indemnification
As an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector, you can receive free indemnification, up to $10,000, of successful lawsuits against you for referring Integra.
